The Role

We’re looking for a Founding BDR to help us grow our client base and re-engage companies already in our network. This is a commission-based role — meaning your earning potential is directly tied to the results you drive. There’s no cap on what you can make.

Your job is simple:

open doors.

Once a company is ready to hire, our delivery team takes it from there.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reaching out to startups in our network that aren’t currently hiring with us
  • Following up on warm leads from our team
  • Prospecting into new companies (primarily Series A–C startups)
  • Running outbound via LinkedIn, email, and phone
  • Booking intro and discovery calls for our leadership team
  • Keeping track of outreach and pipeline activity

Additional Information

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is fully performance-based, and individuals are responsible for their own taxes and withholdings. This role is not eligible for employee benefits.
