Procurement Operations Manager (Remote)

About the role:

We are an international sourcing company headquartered in Hong Kong, operating a global supplier network. We are looking for a remote, full-time Procurement Operations Manager to lead and grow our supplier-development team in Latin America. This is a leadership and coordination role — you direct a remote team, not do field work yourself.

What you will do:

• Lead and coordinate a remote team of outreach and sourcing specialists.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers to improve retention and repeat business.

• Set targets, monitor team performance, and report results.

• Improve supplier-development processes and outreach playbooks.

What we are looking for:

• 2\+ years of experience in operations, procurement, supplier management, or team leadership.

• Background in B2B, wholesale, trading, or supply chain is a strong plus.

• Spanish at native or near-native level (C1\+) and English at professional working level (B2\+).

• A self-driven leader who does not need micromanagement.

• Reliable internet and a quiet remote working environment.

Location requirement:

• This is a 100% remote position, but applicants must be based in Latin America.

• We are prioritizing candidates located in El Salvador, Costa Rica, or the Dominican Republic.

• You must be able to work full-time during Latin American business hours and have legal authorization to work as an independent contractor in your country.

What we offer:

• Base salary of US$1,200/month plus uncapped performance commission. Strong performers can earn US$3,500–US$4,000\+ per month.

• 100% remote, full-time, independent contractor role. Payment in USDT.
