Data \& Analytics Architect (Healthcare Private Equity)

We’re seeking a client-facing, Data \& Analytics Architect to help build and scale modern analytics solutions across portfolio companies in the healthcare private equity space. This role blends hands-on engineering (data modeling, pipelines, and BI) with the ability to engage senior stakeholders as a strategic business partner.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and optimize end-to-end data solutions—from ingestion through semantic models to executive-ready dashboards.
  • Implement and manage analytics in Microsoft Fabric (including Data Warehouse/Lakehouse patterns as appropriate).
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations using SQL and Python.
  • Create and enhance Power BI datasets, reports, and dashboards; enforce best practices for performance, governance, and usability.
  • Integrate data from CRMs, ERPs, and EPM/FP\&A platforms to support finance, operations, and commercial analytics.
  • Partner with finance and accounting stakeholders to define metrics, reconcile data, and improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Engage clients and senior leaders with clear, business-oriented communication—translating requirements into roadmaps and delivering measurable outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance tuning, and governance).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and modern data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong SQL and Python skills (required).
  • Demonstrated finance and accounting domain experience (e.g., GL, P\&L, balance sheet, KPIs, close/forecast rhythms).
  • Proven experience integrating and modeling data from business systems (CRM, ERP, EPM/FP\&A).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate at a strategic level with clients and senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JavaScript experience (a plus).
  • Experience with AI toolsets and applied analytics/automation (a plus).

Compensation Expectations

  • Salary Range $125k - 175k Depending on Experience
