AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI/ML Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-based solutions to solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models.
• Build AI solutions using Python and ML frameworks.
• Work with large datasets for data preprocessing and analysis.
• Deploy ML models into production environments.
• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and business teams.
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy.
• Implement NLP, Deep Learning, or Computer Vision solutions when required.
• Maintain documentation for AI/ML processes and workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and Data Structures.
• Experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis and Feature Engineering.
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of APIs and model deployment.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Experience with NLP, LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision is a plus.
• Knowledge of MLOps and Docker/Kubernetes is preferred.
