About the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact

Full-Stack Engineer

to help build and scale a modern SaaS platform from the ground up. You’ll work directly with founders and a small, senior engineering team to design, ship, and iterate on core product features.

This is a product-focused engineering role with meaningful ownership across both backend and frontend systems. You’ll play a key role in shaping architecture, defining best practices, and building features that directly impact customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design and build end-to-end features using

Python/Django

and

React

• Architect and develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Build intuitive, performant frontend experiences with React and TypeScript
• Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customers
• Contribute to technical architecture and scaling decisions
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security
• Deploy and manage infrastructure in AWS

What We’re Looking For

• 3\+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong experience with

Python and Django

• Strong experience with

React

and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and relational database design
• Experience working with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.)
• Startup experience or comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Product-minded engineer who cares about user experience

Nice to Have

• Experience building SaaS products
• Experience scaling systems from 0→1
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience integrating third-party APIs
• Exposure to AI/ML-powered features
