Job Description
About the Company
We're hiring four Business Analysts to sit at the heart of a major digital transformation programme for one of the UK's best-known food \& beverage brands. This is a build phase, not a maintenance one, new platforms, new ways of working, and a tech function investing seriously in data, integration and digital delivery.
About the Role
We're after a mix of strong generalist BAs and more data-focused BAs, so whether you live in process and stakeholders or in datasets and tooling, there's a seat for you. As a BA here you're not writing requirements into a void. You're shaping how a household name modernises the systems behind every store, every order and every customer.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with stakeholders across tech, operations and the wider business to define and prioritise requirements
- Mapping current-state processes and designing the future state across digital and data workstreams
- Translating business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Working hand-in-glove with delivery, engineering and data teams in an Agile environment
- Acting as the bridge between business ambition and technical reality
Qualifications
- Proven BA experience on technology or digital transformation programmes
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder management, comfortable from shop floor to senior leadership
- Confident with process mapping, requirements gathering and Agile delivery
- For the data-focused roles, exposure to tooling such as Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Salesforce is a real plus
- Retail, hospitality or consumer-brand domain experience is valued
- The kind of person who brings clarity to ambiguity
