Agile Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join a dynamic international team working across Europe.

Location: Poland

Salary: €45,000 per annum

Full-time \| Agile Delivery Environment

🔹 About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 4–7\+ years of Business Analysis experience, particularly within Agile/Scrum product teams. You should be comfortable working in sprint-based delivery environments, managing changing business requirements, and collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories

• Write detailed acceptance criteria for development teams

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including:

• Sprint Planning
• Daily Stand-ups
• Backlog Refinement
• Retrospectives
• • Collaborate with cross-functional international teams
• • Support UAT and ensure successful solution delivery
• • Bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders

🔹 Required Skills \& Experience

✔ Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Ability to work independently within remote international teams

✔ Experience with:

• Jira
• Confluence
• Azure DevOps

🔹 Nice to Have

• SQL / Data Analysis experience

• Ability to analyse data, validate reports, and support business decision-making

• Experience querying databases and comparing system data

• Exposure to digital transformation projects

• Agile or BA certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum, SAFe, etc.)

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and user journeys
