Role Description
We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with 5\+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, lead generation, marketing automation, and brand growth.
This role is ideal for someone with comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing and the ability to manage marketing from strategy through execution. The candidate should be able to plan campaigns, generate quality leads, improve online visibility, manage paid and organic channels, create content strategies, track performance, optimize campaigns, and support revenue growth.
We are looking for a marketing leader who can take ownership of the entire digital marketing function and help ABusiness grow its brand, audience, lead generation, and customer pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complete digital marketing strategies for ABusiness.
- Own lead generation campaigns for SaaS products, SAP services, software services, AI solutions, consulting, and professional services.
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid channels.
- Build and manage SEO strategy to improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, website visibility, and inbound lead generation.
- Create and manage content marketing plans for blogs, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, case studies, newsletters, website content, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage social media marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop marketing campaigns that attract B2B clients, founders, CXOs, IT leaders, business owners, professionals, and decision-makers.
- Create and optimize landing pages, lead magnets, forms, funnels, and conversion paths.
- Track and improve campaign performance, cost per lead, conversion rate, website traffic, engagement, and lead quality.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, drip campaigns, newsletters, and customer engagement communication.
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality, lead handover, follow-ups, and conversion performance.
- Use analytics tools to measure marketing performance and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign timelines, content schedules, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, content writers, sales teams, product teams, and external agencies when required.
- Improve brand positioning, messaging, online reputation, and digital presence.
- Identify new marketing channels, growth opportunities, campaign ideas, and industry trends.
- Support webinars, events, online workshops, product launches, and business development campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment from campaigns.
- Build repeatable marketing systems that support long-term business growth.
Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, B2B marketing, lead generation, SEO, paid ads, content marketing, or social media marketing.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from planning to execution, tracking, optimization, and reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, Search Console, email marketing tools, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience generating quality leads for SaaS, software services, IT services, consulting, professional services, education, training, or B2B businesses.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO basics, content optimization, backlinks, and website performance.
- Experience in social media strategy, content planning, paid campaigns, organic growth, and audience engagement.
- Ability to create marketing funnels that support awareness, lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, engagement rate, traffic, ranking, and lead quality.
- Experience working closely with sales teams to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.
- Strong communication, creativity, analytical thinking, ownership, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven and growth-focused environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, IT, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
- MBA or digital marketing certifications are a plus but not mandatory.

- Experience managing campaigns for domestic or international markets.
- Experience creating and optimizing landing pages, lead forms, ad copies, email sequences, blogs, newsletters, case studies, and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Brevo, Canva, WordPress, Webflow, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing a small marketing team, freelancers, designers, content writers, or agencies.
- Experience working with video content, YouTube growth, webinars, online events, and founder-led LinkedIn marketing is preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B customer journeys, buyer personas, lead nurturing, and sales funnel optimization.
- Knowledge of SAP, SaaS, AI, cloud, enterprise software, or technology services will be an added advantage.
- Strong network or understanding of the Gurugram, Delhi NCR, startup, SaaS, IT services, or B2B marketing ecosystem is preferred.
