Construction Superintendent – Multifamily

We’re partnered with a growing builder in the Phoenix market looking to add a

Superintendent

to run large-scale multifamily ground-up projects.

This is a hands-on field leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the jobsite, keep schedules tight, and lead teams without being micromanaged.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee day-to-day field operations from start through closeout

• Lead superintendents, subcontractors, and jobsite teams

• Drive and maintain project schedules

• Run coordination meetings and manage field communication

• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on-site

• Maintain quality control and alignment with plans and specs

• Identify and resolve issues before they impact the schedule

What they’re looking for:

• 5\+ years of construction experience

• Strong background in multifamily ground-up projects

• Experience leading field teams and managing jobsite activity

• Ability to read plans and manage sequencing effectively

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
