About the Role

You'll join as a hands-on Software Engineer focused on building and scaling the infrastructure powering large-scale AI agent orchestration. Working closely with the CTO and engineering team, you'll design distributed systems, solve complex scalability challenges, and ship production-grade services that directly impact the core product. This role is ideal for engineers who prefer building over managing and want to spend their time solving difficult technical problems alongside exceptional teammates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building production distributed systems as an individual contributor.
• Strong experience with Go and backend infrastructure in production environments.
• Experience deploying and operating distributed services using technologies such as Redis, PubSub, RPC, Postgres, S3, or Temporal.
• Background from a top-tier technology company or high-growth startup such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Databricks, Stripe, Cloudflare, Ramp, Scale AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and systems thinking.
• Competitive programming, ICPC, or other strong algorithmic backgrounds are highly valued.
• Demonstrated career progression, ambition, and ownership mindset.

Pay range and compensation package

• Compensation: $225K–$275K Base \+ Competitive Equity
• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Work Model: 5 Days Onsite
