Director of Design And Construction

We are seeking a Director of Data Center Development \& Construction for our client to lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects.

This is a senior role with full lifecycle responsibility, from entitlement and design through to construction and closeout, working closely with internal leadership, contractors, consultants, and capital partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of data centre developments
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and contracts
• Oversee design, entitlement, and construction phases
• Interface with authorities, consultants, and delivery partners
• Monitor project performance, risk, and quality

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex, mission-critical or technical projects
• Strong commercial, contractual, and project management expertise
• Track record managing projects from concept to completion
• Confident stakeholder management and leadership skills
