I’m currently partnering with Donatos to support the search for a Total Rewards/Benefits Specialist.

This role will play a key part in administering and optimizing benefits programs while also supporting compensation analysis and reporting.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both the analytical and employee-facing aspects of Total Rewards and is comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilties

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)
  • Support and coordinate the annual open enrollment process
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee benefits questions and issue resolution
  • Partner with vendors and insurance carriers to address claims and coverage matters
  • Analyze compensation data to support competitive pay structures and internal equity
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and assist with compensation planning cycles
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on benefits and compensation data
  • Utilize Excel and HRIS systems to support reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Benefits, Compensation, or Total Rewards
  • Strong knowledge of benefits programs and regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, COBRA)
  • Experience with compensation analysis or salary benchmarking
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, reporting, etc.)
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, UKG, etc. preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and ability to support employees effectively
