Experience:
4\+ years as Tech Lead/Architect (3\+ years leading 5\+ resources) on high-availability solutions with 5k\+ users, 5M\+ records, clustering, and load balancing.
Technical:
3\+ years Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Service/Marketing Cloud). Active Salesforce certification preferred
