NTT DATA's Client is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager Site Separation \& Technology Cutover to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of technology separation activities for the Charlotte, NC site as part of the transition from Solventum to the client technology ecosystem.
This role is responsible for driving end-to-end site separation planning across applications, infrastructure, technology services, business processes, and cutover activities while ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing and business operations. The Project Manager will partner with application teams, infrastructure engineering, operations, ERP implementation teams, site leadership, business stakeholders, and enterprise program leadership to successfully execute the transition.
The ideal candidate has proven experience managing large-scale technology transition, M\&A integration, divestiture, infrastructure migration, or site separation programs and possesses strong expertise in integrated planning, dependency management, executive stakeholder communication, and cutover governance.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of the Charlotte site technology separation program.
Develop and maintain the overall project strategy, governance framework, execution roadmap, and implementation approach.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, technology workstreams, and enterprise program milestones.
Drive execution across multiple concurrent technical and business workstreams.
Site Separation Planning
Lead planning activities covering:
Enterprise applications
Infrastructure services
Technology platforms
Network readiness
End-user computing
Identity \& access management
Site operational processes
Technology service transitions
Business continuity activities
Coordinate readiness across all participating organizations.
Technology Cutover Management
Develop and execute comprehensive cutover plans including:
Detailed activity sequencing
Technical dependencies
Business readiness checkpoints
Resource planning
Ownership assignments
Cutover timelines
Go/No-Go criteria
Rollback planning
Business validation
Hypercare planning
Stabilization activities
Coordinate all cutover execution activities across technical and business teams.
ERP Dependency Management
Partner closely with ERP implementation teams to:
Track ERP milestones
Understand implementation dependencies
Coordinate ERP readiness activities
Assess impacts to overall separation timeline
Identify integration risks
Ensure ERP deliverables are incorporated into the master cutover plan
Integrated Project Planning
Create and maintain detailed integrated project plans including:
Milestones
Deliverables
Resource plans
Critical path analysis
Cross-functional dependencies
RAID logs
Readiness checkpoints
Executive reporting
Action tracking
Ensure project schedules remain current throughout execution.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
10\+ years of project management experience delivering complex enterprise technology initiatives.
7\+ years of proven experience managing:
Site transition projects
Technology transformation programs
Infrastructure migration initiatives
Enterprise application implementations
Large-scale IT deployment projects
5\+ years of strong experience coordinating multiple cross-functional technical and business teams.
8\+ years of demonstrated expertise in:
Project planning
Dependency management
RAID management
Executive reporting
Governance
Stakeholder management
5\+ years of strong understanding of:
Technology cutovers
Infrastructure transitions
Application migrations
Site readiness planning
Operational support models
Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations without direct authority.
Experience working in fast-paced enterprise transformation programs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading M\&A integration, divestiture, site separation, or technology carve-out initiatives.
Experience managing technology transitions involving ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) as key program dependencies.
Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
