Senior Marketing Manager

Sport in Mind is the UK's leading mental health sports charity. We partner with the NHS to help people experiencing mental health problems reclaim their wellbeing through sport and physical activity and it works. Now we're growing, and we need a Senior Marketing Manager to grow with us.

This isn't a figurehead role. You'll be hands-on: leading a talented team, running campaigns that actually move people to act, and making sure our brand earns the trust it deserves across every channel.

What you’ll do.

Lead brand, campaigns, and content across all channels.

Build and manage a team (plus volunteers).

Set and own OKRs, KPIs, and quarterly marketing targets.

Drive audience growth, supporter engagement, and income.

Develop partnerships with sports orgs, clubs, and corporates.

Use data to make decisions and sharpen performance.

Represent Sport in Mind at events and media opportunities.

Champion inclusive, accessible communications throughout.

What we’re looking for.

Charity or purpose-led marketing background.

Proven team leadership and line management.

Multichannel campaign delivery (social, email, PR, content).

Comfort with GA4, Meta Business Suite, CRM, email tools.

Experience with OKR and performance frameworks.

Strong storytelling and creative judgement.

Confident with data, budgets, and agencies.
