Senior Staff GPU Physical Design Engineer

“Hands-on PD engineer who has owned blocks end-to-end at 5nm\+ and driven PnR through signoff.”

PHYSICAL DESIGN (PD) – MUST HAVE

GPU or high-performance SoC experience (GPU is nice to have only)

Advanced node (≤5nm) — required

Full block-level ownership (floorplan → PnR → CTS → timing closure → signoff)

Cadence (Innovus) OR Synopsys (ICC2 / Fusion Compiler)

Familiar with PrimeTime for timing closure

Strong in congestion, IR drop, DRC/LVS, PPA optimization

Strong TCL \+ scripting (Python/Shell)

Tape-out experience (owned blocks, not support)

Pay: $90\.00 - $140\.00 per hour
