About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at CarShield. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance regarding our vehicle protection plans. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related fields is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and patience.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers in understanding their coverage options and benefits.
- Process claims efficiently while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding policy terms, conditions, and coverage limits.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional coverage plans where appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and industry trends.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
