The Opportunity
Robert Half is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Benefits Advisor to join their Total Rewards team based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong UK pensions and benefits experience who is looking to broaden their international exposure and work closely with stakeholders across the EMEA region.
This role sits within a collaborative and highly supportive team, offering a blend of pensions, benefits, analytics, vendor management and employee experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring employees receive an excellent benefits experience while supporting regulatory compliance and operational excellence across multiple countries.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Pensions
- Support the governance and administration of regional pension schemes.
- Act as a key point of contact for pension-related queries.
- Assist with pension audits, reporting and compliance requirements.
- Support pension scheme reviews and implementation projects.
- Deliver pension education and awareness initiatives.
Benefits
- Support the annual renewal process across healthcare, life assurance and wellbeing programmes.
- Manage relationships with benefit providers and external vendors.
- Conduct market benchmarking and benefit analysis.
- Support the delivery of employee wellbeing initiatives across the region.
- Create and maintain employee communications and benefits materials.
Operations \& Reporting
- Maintain benefits data within Workday and associated systems.
- Partner closely with Payroll and Finance teams.
- Support benefits reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure policies and processes remain compliant with local legislation.
- Produce regular reports and analysis using Excel.
✅ About You
We're keen to speak with individuals who bring:
- 5-7\+ years' experience in pensions and benefits administration or consulting.
- Strong understanding of UK pensions and relevant legislation.
- Experience supporting employee benefits programmes.
- Workday experience, or exposure to a similar HRIS platform.
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to EMEA benefits programmes would be advantageous.
- Experience within Financial Services or another regulated environment would be highly beneficial.
