The Role
As Head of Design, you'll own the end-to-end design strategy across product and brand.
You'll:
- Define and execute the company's design vision
- Build and scale a world-class design system
- Lead and mentor a growing team of 3 designers
- Elevate product craft across mobile and web experiences
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, Clinical Operations, and Leadership
- Shape how millions of teens experience belonging, trust, and support through thoughtful design
- Help define the company's brand, storytelling, and market presence
What We're Looking For
- 8\+ years of product design experience
- 2\+ years leading and managing designers
- Experience building design systems from scratch
- Strong mobile-first product design expertise
- Experience shipping
consumer, social, marketplace, or highly engaging mobile products
- Comfortable operating as a player-coach
- Experience owning the
full design lifecycle,
from research through launch
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing strong visual taste and product thinking

You'll likely have experience designing products similar to:

Location
