Senior Consultant - M&A Human Capital

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end human capital due diligence processes during M\&A transactions, including organizational assessments and talent analysis.
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions for clients’ workforce integrations.
• Advise clients on strategic planning related to talent retention, organizational design, and HR process improvements post-merger or acquisition.
• Conduct detailed business analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and synergies associated with human capital integration efforts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposal writing, client presentations, and expanding consulting services in the M\&A space.
• Conduct research on industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends impacting human capital in M\&A contexts.

Experience

• Proven experience in management consulting with a focus on business transformation, change management, or HR advisory services related to M\&A activities.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, process improvement, and business analysis within complex organizational environments.
• Strong analysis skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for executive decision-making.
• Hands-on experience managing projects from inception through implementation in a fast-paced consulting setting.
• Knowledge of business development strategies and experience contributing to client acquisition efforts is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with research methodologies and industry benchmarking to support strategic recommendations.
