Now Hiring: Business Analyst – Transmission Engineering
We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support our Transmission Engineering team, focusing on schedule analysis, adherence, and resource leveling. This role plays a key part in ensuring project timelines are accurate, resources are optimized, and reporting provides clear insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activity dates across multiple Transmission Engineering teams to maintain schedule alignment
- Develop and deliver reports on schedule adherence and resource leveling for management
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Project Management (PM) and Project Controls (PCS) teams to adjust schedules and resolve inconsistencies
- Support resource assignments within Primavera P6 (P6)
- Implement and maintain workload analysis and tracking mechanisms
- Perform additional related duties as assigned by management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Primavera P6 (P6), Power BI, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
