Job Description

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a WordPress Developer to join our client's team. The WordPress Developer will support the company's blog at 20 hours per week, with an immediate start. The ideal candidate combines strong technical WordPress expertise, WP Engine staging experience, and familiarity with Asana-based project management in one resource.

The role is execution-focused: maintaining and improving the blog's WordPress environment, partnering with the Content team on template and feature updates, and coordinating international/translation requests. The first three months will focus on Asana workflow management, WordPress staging, and international request coordination; the remainder of the engagement will focus on ongoing technical WordPress development and maintenance. Strategic SEO direction and corporate-level traffic goals sit with the Web and SEO teams and are out of scope for this role.
