Role Overview
Role Title: Marketing Manager (Philippines)

What You Will Do
- Be the campaigns champion: Lead end-to-end campaign strategy, planning and operations in the Philippines including ownership of the overall campaign calendar and promotion plan for assigned categories, particularly in growing new verticals and destinations
- Make Klook more meaningfully recognizable: Assist in brand-led initiatives by leveraging internal tools to track and improve brand health metrics, and identifying which key brand associations to own and strengthen. Work closely with the central team to maintain consistency with global marketing guidelines while taking an active role in localizing campaigns.
- Support strategic brand partnerships: Work closely with the partnerships team to capture growing audience sub-segments through brand collaborations with active communities in the Philippines to solidify Klook as the top-of-mind brand when booking all things travel in the Philippines
- Execute with clarity and efficiency: Develop insight-driven campaign plans outlining clear milestones and goals, conducting competitor analysis, defining key target audiences, and conveying a clear call to action that will move users through the purchase journey and drive results.
- Track \& optimize performance: Define success metrics and outcomes and conduct post-campaign analyses to refine tactics and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead seamless coordination and collaboration among internal stakeholders: Communicate actively and build rapport with cross-functional teams including social media \& content, design, partnerships, CRM, KOLs, platform/product, and business development teams. Cascade new campaign updates and progress/developments and ensure alignment on deliverables for seamless and cohesive campaign execution.
- Understand the market: Be in tune with internal and external data utilizing internal analytics tools and dashboards, market trends, customer behavior, and feedback and integrate findings into campaign plans or test hypotheses with experimentation frameworks to answer key problem statements aligned with overall business objectives.
- Adapt to dynamic needs: Take on additional duties as needed when opportunities arise to support business objectives and organizational growth
What You Will Need
- Proven experience: At least 5 years of experience managing online marketing campaigns with a track record of delivering strong performance against identified KPIs.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills: Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills as well as agility in identifying opportunities for growth and shifting gears when needed.
- Proactive leadership: Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and mastery of the overall campaign channel and show ability to rally teams to deliver shared business goals.
- Passion for travel \& innovation: A genuine love for travel, combined with a creative mindset for communication and idea execution.
- Strong communication skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities, paired with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently while thriving as part of a collaborative team.
