Technical Lead – .NET \& Sage X3 Integrations (Remote)

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Lead

with strong

.NET/C#

development skills and hands-on

Sage X3

integration experience. This is a customer-facing, backend-focused role where you'll lead integration projects from requirements gathering through implementation and production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead all integration initiatives and serve as the primary technical contact.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, design solutions, oversee implementations, and support releases.
• Build and maintain integrations between our platform and ERP/accounting systems, including

Sage X3

and QuickBooks.

• Develop APIs and backend services using .NET/C#.
• Partner with third-party vendors to review architecture, ensure quality, and establish best practices.
• Help standardize customer onboarding and build the foundation for a future integrations team.

Qualifications

• 7\+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong .NET/C# and API development experience.
• Hands-on experience integrating

Sage X3

(required).

• Experience with ERP, accounting, or payroll system integrations.
• Azure experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working directly with customers.
