Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in UX/UI Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8\+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design.
- Experience leading UX design for large enterprise or government applications.
- Strong skills in user research, wireframing, prototyping, journey mapping, and usability testing.
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
- Ability to simplify complex business processes into user-friendly designs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with government projects, ERP, or enterprise applications.
- State of Maryland government project experience.
- Experience creating UX design standards and design systems.
- Delivery or project management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design activities for enterprise applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Work with business and technical teams to improve user experience.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards.
- Maintain UX documentation and recommend improvements.
