Business Analyst – Automation & Decision Tools

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and map business processes across teams
• Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient workflows
• Build simple decision-support tools, trackers, dashboards, and workflow aids
• Use AI and no-code tools to improve productivity and automate routine tasks
• Work with the central strategy team to prioritize and execute high-impact use cases
• Document processes, create SOPs, and support rollout of solutions
• Track impact in terms of time saved, faster turnaround, and better decision-making

Ideal Candidate

• 1-3 years of experience
• Quick learner with strong initiative and ownership
• Structured thinker with strong problem-solving ability
• Comfortable working across business teams
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets and presentation skills
• AI-native mindset and strong comfort with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and similar platforms
• Interest in using AI in practical business contexts, not just experimentation
• Strong prompt engineering skills
• Clear communication and strong documentation skills

Preferred Backgrounds

Engineering, economics, statistics, business, operations, analytics, or similar problem-solving oriented disciplines.

Preferred Tool Exposure

• Productivity \& Visualization:

Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Power BI or similar dashboarding tools

• AI Assistants:

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot

• Automation \& No-Code:

Zapier, Make, Power Automate, Airtable, Notion, and no-code environments such as Cowork, Antigravity, or Codex

• Data Querying:

Basic SQL
