Project Manager

Objective/Scope

This is a mid- level project management position. This position will support projects of increasing / moderate complexity with minimal supervision of project management leadership. This position is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific AvaSure implementation projects. The Project Manager will ensure consistency with contractual agreements, company strategy, commitments, and goals. They will facilitate all communication between customer and AvaSure team and will guide customer throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Functions

• Independently manages AvaSure projects of moderate complexity from planning through closure.
• Lead projects with an increasing emphasis on SaaS/Cloud-based programs.
• Drive revenue recognition through execution of various project milestones
• Participates in the development of new project plans and project artifacts for New Products rollouts.
• Lead team of project members to ensure timely completion of project tasks.
• Implement and manage project changes.
• Effectively communicates schedule and changes to all project stakeholders.
• Prepares agendas, meeting notes, and project reports.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Share best practices with customer from both a clinical and technical standpoint.
• Use appropriate tools to plan and schedule project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.
• Execute on the project scope, goals, and deliverables for moderately complex projects.
• Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
• Plans and facilitates project meetings to align the project team on current goals and scope.
• Identifies risks and developsmitigation plans.
• Coordinates travel and logistics for onsite tasks.

Supervisory Requirements

Education and Experience

• Associate degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years Project Management experience is required.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing projects of moderate scope and complexity with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with implementing hospital technology in a Cloud deployment strongly preferred.

• Ability to work with multiple groups of people to attain and organize information.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred
• Demonstrated ability to review and provide feedback on contractual documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects to completion per contractual and scheduling requirements.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in person and in a teleconferencing environment.
• Comfortable leading multiple video conference calls.
• Technical aptitude to learn our products and what follow-up questions to ask of customers.
• Compensation \& Benefits
• Base Salary Range: $85,000 - $88,500 per year
• Bonus Eligibility: Yes, bonus eligible

Physical Demands and Working Conditions:

• Must be able to sit for much of the workday with periodic walking and/or standing.
• Must be able to work in an office environment.
• This role requires minimal travel except for training, customer visits, and office meetings \& functions.
