ABOUT US

Established for over twenty years, Meteor has historically offered structured products to both retail and professional investors.

More recently, we launched Meteor Savings, a savings platform designed to make saving simpler by giving customers access to savings products from multiple UK-authorised banks through a single platform.

As we continue to grow, launch new banking partners and expand our customer offering, we're looking for a Digital Growth Manager to help drive the next phase of growth.

Working closely with the Marketing Lead, agencies and key stakeholders across the business, you'll play an important role in helping us attract, convert and retain customers.

THE ROLE

The Digital Growth Manager supports the delivery of Meteor's growth strategy through the execution and optimisation of marketing activity across digital channels, customer communications and website journeys.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving customer acquisition, activation and engagement through a combination of data, experimentation and effective campaign delivery.

The successful applicant will be commercially minded, analytically curious and highly organised, with a passion for identifying opportunities, solving problems and improving performance.

The role will play an important part in ensuring growth opportunities are identified, prioritised, delivered and measured.

This is a newly created role at an exciting stage of Meteor's growth. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers, influence key growth initiatives and help shape the future of the business. While the role is initially offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract, it has been created to support our long-term growth ambitions and offers significant opportunity for development as the business continues to expand.
