Product Specialist

Responsibilities:
Customer \& Technical Support
- Provide
technical support
to clinics on the backend portal and device usage
- Assist customers with
troubleshooting and issue resolution
Marketing and BD Support
- Analyze market activity and campaign metrics to inform future BD activities
- Contribute to the creation and review of clinically accurate marketing materials, including digital and print collateral
- Assist in managing social media content and campaign scheduling
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate monthly invoicing
- Support planning and execution of conferences, educational webinars, and promotional events
Backend Portal Development \& Testing
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the Eyerising Myopia Management Device backend portal
- Conduct
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
for new versions of the portal
Logistics \& Inventory Management
- Coordinate
logistics and shipment
of devices to clinics
- Oversee
inventory management
to ensure accurate tracking and availability
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's or higher degree in technical field such as biomedical engineering, medical device engineering, science or optometry
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Technical skills to support engagement and discussions with clinical community
- Familiarity with backend systems, web platforms, or basic testing methodologies (UAT experience a plus)
- Confidence in providing technical support and liaising with customers or clinics
- Experience or interest in medical/technical writing and document preparation
- Familiarity with content creation, CRM (Hubspot), social media tools, or event support
- Interest in quality systems, audit preparation, and controlled documentation
- Understanding of medical device regulations (e.g. TGA, ISO 13485, IEC standards) coursework or previous experience desirable
