The Opportunity

Skinfix is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Manager, Creator Marketing \& Engagement to lead our influencer marketing, UGC, gifting programs. This role is central to how Skinfix shows up in the beauty community, building authentic creator relationships, scaling our community advocacy, and driving measurable business impact across social platforms. Key Responsibilities

Influencer Strategy \& Creator Relationships

  • Develop and manage a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify, negotiate, and nurture long-term relationships with a diverse creator roster including dermatologist KOLs, beauty, skincare, fitness, and lifestyle creators.
  • Manage all budgeting, contracting, and communications with talent and their representatives, ensuring seamless execution.

Campaign Execution \& Performance

  • Own end-to-end campaign execution: brief development, timeline management, content review, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure all influencer activations achieve strong ROI and maintain brand alignment at every touchpoint.
  • Partner closely with talent and agents to continuously optimize content quality and platform performance.

Gifting, Seeding \& Affiliate Programs

  • Drive and scale always-on gifting and product seeding programs designed to build creator loyalty and generate organic social pickup.
  • Develop influencer mailer lists and co-create designed mailers with Creative and external vendors, ensuring on-time delivery for launch windows.
  • Manage the ShopMy inbox, creator communications, and monthly launch and evergreen gifting campaign deployments.

UGC \& Paid Content

  • Collaborate with the media agency to facilitate influencer and UGC content that is optimized for paid advertising \+ retail use.
  • Ensure promo codes are communicated accurately, content usage rights are managed, and paid creative performance is tracked.

Reporting \& Analytics

  • Track and report on influencer content performance using brand-defined KPIs on a regular cadence.
  • Translate performance data into strategic insights that drive campaign optimizations and inform future investment decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or a closely related field, ideally within beauty, skincare, or wellness.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse creator roster and negotiate contracts with talent and agencies.
  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and a keen eye for what makes content perform on each platform.
  • Experience with ShopMy and affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
  • Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • A collaborative, team-first mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
