Our Salesforce Associate will help with supporting a wide range of business processes, systems, and managed service projects. The ideal candidate has prior Salesforce consulting experience, and isn't afraid of a challenge. You will work closely with our team of consultants on a variety of clients and support tasks for our private sector clients.

YOU DO: 💻
- Leverage a strong understanding of Salesforce (multi-cloud) capabilities
- Play an active role in configuring the solution and supporting the development team for a variety of different client needs
- Perform ongoing Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and data management
- Implement and maintain customizations and enhancements as per client requirements
- Proactively monitor Salesforce instances for health and performance issues and take necessary actions to ensure optimal system performance
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, providing timely resolution and escalation when needed
- Work with our clients and all stakeholders to build clear use cases
- Perform rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information; recommend leading practices; and present associated technical process components
YOU HAVE: 🎓
- 1 - 3 years of relevant experience
- 1\+ years of Salesforce configuration experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work on multiple client tickets while paying strict attention to detail
- Experience in consulting required

, the salary range is $68,000 - $75,000 in compliance with state and local pay transparency laws. Compensation for candidates in other states may differ.
