In this role, you will bridge technical details and creative marketing—crafting narratives around software features, emerging tech trends, and digital solutions that captivate readers and drive engagement across web and social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Software \& Feature Storytelling:

Break down product features, updates, and SaaS/tech functionality into user-centric benefit copy, articles, and product highlights.

• Tech Content Creation:

Write engaging blogs, social media posts, website copy, and landing page content tailored to modern tech audiences.

• SEO \& Keyword Strategy:

Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices to maximize content reach and search rankings.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work directly with marketing, design, and product teams to translate technical specs into sharp, conversion-focused messaging.

• Proofreading \& Tone Maintenance:

Ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy, and clear grammar across all copy assets.

Key Requirements

• Experience:

1–4 years of experience writing tech, SaaS, or software feature-focused content.

• Tech Aptitude:

Strong ability to grasp software UI/UX concepts, product release notes, and industry trends quickly.

• SEO Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner).

• Skills:

Exceptional English writing, editing, creative storytelling, and adaptability in tone.

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
