Role Description
The Growth Marketer will play a key role in driving user acquisition, activation, and retention across multiple channels in a full-time remote capacity. This role includes planning and executing growth experiments, optimizing funnels, and collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives. Day-to-day tasks involve developing and testing growth campaigns, analyzing marketing and web performance data, and implementing strategies for lead generation and conversion rate optimization. The Growth Marketer will also identify new channels and tactics for scalable growth, refine messaging based on performance insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. This position requires a hands-on, data-informed approach and the ability to iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Strong growth-focused skills including Growth Marketing and Growth Hacking, with experience designing and running experiments across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics tools to track, interpret, and act on performance data and user behavior.
- Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation, including building and optimizing campaigns that drive qualified traffic and high-intent prospects.
- Experience working in or with ecommerce, SaaS, or data-driven technology companies, ideally in a high-growth environment.
- Comfort with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and performance dashboards; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and comfortable with rapid experimentation and iteration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
