Position: Payments Business Analyst / Product Owner (SME)

Location: Payments PO NY/ NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: Full Time

Key Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of the

payments landscape

, including:

• SWIFT (MT/MX), ISO 20022
• ACH, Wires, Cross-border payments
• Real-Time Payments (RTP), FX, Clearing \& Settlement
• Solid knowledge of

banking regulations and compliance

:

• SWIFT SR2025 / SR2026
• AML, KYC, PSD2
• Hands-on experience with

payment message formats

:

• SWIFT MT / MX messages
• ISO 20022 XML structures

Expected Experience:

• End-to-end understanding of

payments lifecycle

(initiation → clearing → settlement)

• Experience working with global payment networks (SWIFT, Fed, CHIPS, etc.)
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and support implementation
• Exposure to

payment transformation / modernization initiatives

(especially MT → ISO 20022 migration)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with sanctions screening, liquidity, or funds control
• Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Product backlog management)
• Strong stakeholder communication and client-facing skills
