Job Description
Experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role in technology or government.
Business analysis and problem solving experience in a consultative or project setting
Solid experience cultivating and managing business relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong technical, written, and oral communications skills with multiple audiences (i.e., technical, data, business, project management, leadership)
Business requirements and user story creation and documentation
Experience and skill working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working with Azure DevOps
Experience working with the Salesforce platform, including supporting business processes and eliciting/documenting requirements
Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in a Salesforce environment
