Electrical Apprentice

We are known for our quality work, strong safety standards, and dedication to customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking an eager, hard-working Apprentice Electrician to join our team. Whether you are a green apprentice looking to get your foot in the door or an experienced apprentice looking for a better team, we provide the mentorship you need to earn your license.

Competitive Starting Pay: $22-30 per hour based on experience. (with regular, performance-based raises).

• Earn While You Learn: Paid, hands-on training under the direct supervision of licensed Master/Journeyman Electricians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist licensed electricians with wiring, panel installations, conduit bending, and fixture hookups.
• Learn to read blueprints, schematics, and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by managing tools and materials.
• Run wire through conduits, attics, crawlspaces, and walls.
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials from company service trucks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Work Ethic: Strong mechanical aptitude, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
• Reliability: Punctuality is non-negotiable. You must show up on time, every day, ready to work.
• License \& Transit: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to get to job sites or the shop.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions and tight spaces.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
