Electrical Technician

The Plaza Residences, a luxury serviced apartment and part of AYANA Hospitality Management, is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the electrical systems throughout our properties to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems including lighting, controls, wiring, and electrical equipment
• Respond promptly to electrical issues and execute repairs to minimize downtime
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid electrical failures
• Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve electrical problems
• Ensure compliance with all electrical safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and reports
• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and equipment as required

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred
• Minimum 1 years experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety procedures
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical faults efficiently
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environments
