While the Project Manager maintains overall responsibility for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client management, the Lead Carpenter serves as the Project Manager's partner in the field, helping keep projects organized and moving forward.

This role is ideal for an experienced carpenter who enjoys both craftsmanship and leadership and takes pride in delivering exceptional remodeling projects and client experiences.

  • Verify work quality and ensure completed work meets company craftsmanship standards
  • Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners throughout the construction process
  • Mentor Carpenter Helpers and assist in developing less experienced team members
  • Assist with material management, deliveries, and overall jobsite logistics
