About the Role

Treez is looking for a Marketing Manager who can move quickly across positioning, content, events, and direct outreach. This role owns how Treez shows up in the market across product messaging, sales materials, campaigns, events, blog content, and outreach to cannabis retail operators.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain clear messaging for Treez products and solutions.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into plain language for dispensary operators, buyers, and GMs.
  • Own product one-pagers, sales enablement decks, launch communications, and competitive positioning guides.
  • Use AI tools to support research, messaging iteration, and content creation while maintaining quality and brand integrity.
  • Write blog posts, product announcements, email campaigns, social copy, and one-pagers.
  • Own the editorial calendar from topics and drafts through approvals and publishing.
  • Manage trade shows, conferences, regional meetups, and Treez-hosted activations as demand generation channels.
  • Build repeatable event playbooks and partner with sales on lead handoff, follow-up, and demo paths.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of marketing experience in B2B SaaS, retail technology, or cannabis.
  • Hands-on ownership of positioning, launches, or content.
  • Strong writing ability, including fast first drafts and strong revisions.
  • Comfortable using AI tools to increase speed and output quality.
  • Proven track record managing events as a pipeline source.
  • Data-aware approach to marketing decisions.
  • Multi-channel fluency across email, social, content, events, and direct outreach.
  • Cannabis industry experience is a plus; willingness to learn the regulatory and cultural landscape quickly is required.
