Director of Product Development

The Director of Product Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for leading the end-to-end development of Go Next’s travel products and programs. This role oversees the product lifecycle from market research and concept development through launch, ensuring offerings are competitive, profitable, and aligned with the company’s brand and customer expectations. The Director will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and external partners to define product roadmaps, and set pricing and positioning. Daily responsibilities include guiding cross-functional project teams, analyzing product performance, identifying opportunities for innovation, and optimizing existing itineraries and packages. The role also includes mentoring product team members, managing supplier relationships, including sourcing and negotiation, and presenting product strategies and results to senior leadership.
