What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in support of enterprise initiatives
• Develop and maintain business process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and training materials
• Provide business process analysis and identify efficiencies for improved operational effectiveness
• Support DoD Software Development Projects through requirements validation and stakeholder coordination
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions with stakeholders to identify risks and improvement opportunities

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 5 years of demonstrated experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements
• 5 years of experience in professional writing, including process documentation and training materials
• 5 years of experience working on DoD programs
• Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated knowledge of utilizing ServiceNow

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5 years of intermediate knowledge supporting DoD Software Development Projects and Programs
• 5 years of experience developing processes, tools, and templates, and maintaining metrics
• 5 years of demonstrated experience managing Six Sigma projects following the DMAIC cycle
