Financial Analyst

A global investment management firm with a strong emphasis on quantitative research, technology, and data-driven decision-making is seeking a Financial Analysis \& Reporting Associate to join its Financial Operations organization. The team is responsible for delivering forward-looking financial analysis, business insights, and reporting that support strategic planning and executive decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports for leadership, highlighting key trends, variances, and business drivers.
• Analyze financial, operational, and business data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Design, standardize, and improve reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools.
• Partner with cross-functional finance teams to address business questions and support ongoing process improvement and analytical initiatives.
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial analysis, data analytics, or a related function.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis capabilities.
