Financial Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision support for strategic initiatives
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investments, operational initiatives, and business opportunities
• Perform forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and communicate key insights to management
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes
• Develop presentations and reporting packages for senior leadership
• Conduct variance analysis and explain financial results against forecasts and budgets
• Assist in evaluating project profitability, resource allocation, and investment prioritization
• Create meaningful financial and operational metrics to support business performance management
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2\+ years of corporate FP\&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related experience
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
