Financial Controller

We're delighted to be partnering with a growing, global organization to recruit an experienced Financial Controller.

This role would suit a qualified Finance professional keen to leverage their external audit experience within a multi-entity, international environment, while acting as a trusted business partner to department heads.

With ownership of entity-level financial performance, governance, and compliance, you will operate as the Finance lead for your remit - overseeing reporting, controls, statutory matters, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Oversee preparation of P\&L, balance sheet, and cashflow statements
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
• Deliver variance analysis and performance insights
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance frameworks
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP and statutory requirements
• Coordinate and manage external audits
• Oversee tax, VAT, and regulatory filings
• Partner with department heads to support decision-making
• Drive process improvements and system enhancements

Candidate profile:

• 5-10 years’ experience in Accounting, Financial Control, or Audit
• Strong technical Accounting knowledge
• Experience with statutory audits and local GAAP
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
