Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group financial reporting and overseas consolidation across multiple legal entities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Oversee group accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Manage treasury functions, including cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
  • Support tax planning, compliance, and regulatory reporting across jurisdictions.
  • Maintain and strengthen internal controls, governance frameworks, and financial policies.
  • Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Support senior management with financial analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Big 4 audit training strongly preferred.
  • Professional qualification such as CPA / CA / ACCA.
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, and controllership roles.
  • Experience managing multi-entity or regional financial consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, governance, treasury, and tax compliance.
  • High level of integrity with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated career stability and track record of long-term contribution within organisations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior leadership.

Preferred Profile

  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, insurance, logistics, or infrastructure.
  • Exposure to regional operations and cross-border entities.
  • Up-and-coming finance leaders with strong technical foundations are also encouraged to apply.
