We have an outstanding opportunity for a FP\&A Analyst to support CBL’s financial planning and analysis activities to help achieve business objectives within Careismatic Brands.

The Analyst plays an important role in providing accurate financial information and insights that help inform decision-making across the organization. Through strong analytical skills and attention to detail, the Analyst supports CBI’s mission to improve the lives of everyday people doing extraordinary things.

This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Salary Range

: $80k-$95k

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering data, updating templates, and ensuring timely and accurate inputs from cross-functional partners.
• Prepare standard financial analyses, including variance analysis and trend analysis, and summarize key findings for the FP\&A team.
• Assist with financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Maintain and refresh financial dashboards, reports, and KPIs. Monitor performance against plan and escalate notable variances to the FP\&A team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to help track expenses and monitor departmental budgets. Provide support for cost tracking and basic efficiency analyses.
• Prepare and distribute routine financial reports for internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency with established reporting standards.
• Provide financial support for key business initiatives, such as new product launches or operational projects, by coordinating data and supporting analysis as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Some knowledge of financial modeling and proficiency in financial software (Adaptive/Workday, Analplan, Board.com). Experience with data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
