Are you an analytical finance professional looking for a role where your work directly impacts executive decision-making?

We are seeking an

FP\&A Analyst

to become the right hand to our CFO. This highly visible position offers the opportunity to own financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and business analysis while playing a key role in ERP implementation and acquisition integration efforts.

This isn't a back-office reporting position—you'll work directly with senior leadership, build financial models that influence strategy, and help improve systems and reporting across a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Own weekly and monthly financial reporting and variance analysis

• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

• Analyze project profitability, margins, WIP, and percentage-of-completion reporting

• Support ERP implementation, reporting development, and finance system improvements

• Assist with acquisition integration and financial reporting standardization

• Create dashboards and reporting tools that improve business visibility

• Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, and executive leadership

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field

✔ 3–5 years of FP\&A or financial analysis experience

✔ Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

✔ ERP experience (NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint, Foundation or similar)

✔ Strong analytical ability with excellent communication skills

✔ Construction, commercial services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or project-based accounting experience is highly preferred
