Job Description
We are looking for a
junior to mid-level professional
to support
floor plan management
for our leading exhibitions and events, including
TTF, OTM, BLTM and WTE
.
The role requires someone with a
working understanding of layouts, floor plans, architect drawings or space planning
, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate across teams. Since our team currently works on
Adobe Illustrator
, familiarity with Illustrator will be important. Knowledge of
Excel
and exposure to
CAD or similar software
would also be useful.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and update exhibition floor plans
- Support booth mapping and exhibitor allocations
- Coordinate with sales, operations and design teams on layout changes
- Maintain accurate records of space inventory and revisions
- Ensure smooth floor plan execution across shows
Ideal profile:
- 1–4 years of experience
- Basic understanding of architect drawings / layout planning / space planning
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Exposure to CAD or similar tools is a plus
- Organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Background in events, exhibitions, architecture support, interiors or related fields preferred
