Job Summary
Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages in one or more of a variety of food service Performs a wide range of food service duties, including preparing and serving food and beverages across various service areas.
Serves in a lead capacity, guiding and supporting team members to ensure efficient operations, high-quality food production, and adherence to standards. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities* Assign and monitor work to ensure food is prepared accurately and within established timeframes
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to standardized recipes and production methods
- Maintain proper food quality, presentation, portion control, and temperature standards
- Prepare ingredients, including washing, trimming, cutting, and portioning meats and vegetables
- Assist with preparation and presentation of desserts and other menu items
- Properly store, label, and rotate food items in accordance with food safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Assist with organization and maintenance of refrigerators, freezers, and storage areas
- Support and guide team members to maintain efficient workflow and service quality

Additional Job Details (if applicable)
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of directly related food service or culinary experience required
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification preferred
