Job Description:

This role requires a professional who has legacy knowledge and skills combined with up-to-date Agentic AI engineering mindset, problem solving and keen judgement on how and when to maneuver autonomy \+ human-in-loop check posts.

Ariana Digital is actively seeking experienced Solution Architects and Salesforce Strategists for upcoming initiatives focused on Salesforce Public Health Cloud, Experience Cloud and AgentForce implementations. As a key part of our agile staffing pipeline, this role supports enterprise-level architecture planning and cloud transformation efforts in collaboration with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and other public sector clients.

You will play a mission-critical role in designing and governing Salesforce multi-cloud solutions—including AgentForce, Sales, Service, Experience, Commerce, and Data Clouds. This position bridges technical vision, public service delivery goals, and scalable cloud strategy to deliver transformational outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and enterprise connectors.
• Lead AI-enabled implementations including Agentforce configuration and intelligent automation workflows.
• Implement and maintain AI-aware CI/CD pipelines using DevOps best practices.
• Establish governance standards for security, compliance, and usability.
• Conduct AI testing, regression validation, and deployment verification.
• Translate business requirements into technical architecture, data models, and integration diagrams.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and user adoption.
• Collaborate directly with client stakeholders in forward deployed engagements.

Requirements

• 5\+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience designing multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, field-level security).
• Experience with DevOps tooling, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD automation.
• Experience designing API-first integrations (REST/SOAP).
• Working knowledge of AI testing methodologies and validation frameworks.
• Strategic systems design mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel domestically as required.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.

Preferred

• Public sector implementation experience.
• Healthcare or insurance domain experience.
• Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Salesforce Architect or Advanced Developer certifications.

Pay: $90,000\.00 - $125,000\.00 per year
